Video: Mortal Kombat Rebirth Teaser Trailer
This is a seven-minute long teaser trailer of Mortal Kombat: Rebirth, the third movie in the franchise, which has not yet been officially announced. The trailer features performances by Michael Jai White playing the role of Jackson “Jax” Briggs, along with Jeri Ryan playing the role of Sonya Blade. Warner Bros. was looking to reboot the movie version of the video game franchise, but Threshold Entertainment had filed a lawsuit preventing the movie from going forward unless they were involved in the project. So far, reception of the trailer has been good, so it will be interesting to see whether or not the movie will indeed go forward.
