Former UFC heavyweight champion and current top contender Frank Mir will be featured on the 90th episode of Pro MMA Radio tonight.

Mir will talk about his upcoming heavyweight interim title fight with Shane Carwin at UFC 111 on March 27 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. He will also speak on the current state of his weight division.

In The Opening Round, PMR host Larry Pepe gives a recap UFC on Versus 1 and preview UFC 111, which is headlined by a welterweight title match between champ Georges St. Pierre and Dan Hardy.
