KSW officially announced on Monday that five-time World’s Strongest Man winner Mariusz Pudzianowski will compete at its KSW XIII event on May 7 in Katowice, Poland.

He was recently rumored to take on Tim Sylvia on April 23, but the match-up now seems highly unlikely as the two event dates are too close.

This will be the second mixed martial arts fight for Pudzianowski. He made his debut last December at KSW XII, where he overwhelmed his opponent Marcin Najman en route to a submission win due to strikes at forty-three seconds of the first-round.

KSW also announced for the event Mamed Khalidov and Krzysztof Kulak.
