EA Sports Adds Luke Rockhold To MMA Video Game
EA Sports recently added Luke Rockhold to the roster of its EA MMA video game.
Rockhold is a middleweight currently fighting in the Strikeforce organization.
His inclusion to the game’s roster brings the total number of fighters to 29, including Fedor Emelianenko, Randy Couture, Dan Henderson, Frank Shamrock, Gegard Mousasi, Cung Le, Brett Rogers, Jake Shields, Renato “Babalu” Sobral, Jason “Mayhem” Miller, Nick Diaz, Gilbert Melendez, Josh Thompson, Frank Trigg, Robbie Lawler, Bobby Lashley, Marius Zaromskis, Scott Smith, Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza, Matt Lindland, Muhammad “King Mo” Lawal, Shinya Aoki, Hidehiko Yoshida, Melvin Manhoef, Jay Hieron, Joe Riggs, Tyrone Woodley, Nick Thompson, and Tim Kennedy.
Also featured in the game are Strikeforce commentators Frank Shamrock and Mauro Ranallo, along with ring announcer Jimmy Lennon Jr., and referee “Big” John McCarthy.
EA Sports MMA is scheduled to be released in fall 2010 on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles.
