Jason High vs. Charlie Brenneman To Take Place At UFC Fight Night 21

A welterweight fight between Jason High and Charlie Brenneman has been set to take place at UFC Fight Night 21.

High announced news of the match-up Thursday on his Twitter account.

Both fighters will be making their UFC debuts at the event.

High (9-2) most recently competed in the finals of the DREAM welterweight grand prix at DREAM 10 in July 2009. He lost to Marius Zaromskis by knockout in the first round.

Brenneman (10-1), the winner of Spike TV’s Pros vs. Joes season 1, is on five-fight winning streak. He last fought in November 2009 at a Valley Fight League event, earning a first-round TKO over Phillip Wyman.

UFC Fight Night 21 will eminate March 31 from the Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina. The card features Kenny Florian vs. Takanori Gomi in the main event, and Roy Nelson vs. Stefan Struve as the co-headliner.
