Bisping Confident He Will Defeat Silva With Help From Rampage
Michael Bisping is getting ready to face one his toughest tests to date in Wanderlei Silva, but is confident he will emerge victorious with the help from teammate Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.
Silva and Jackson had a trilogy of fights in the past, with Silva winning the first two, and Jackson getting revenge in their third encounter.
“Rampage arrived in the country a couple of days ago and we are just getting down to it now,” Bisping told Fighters Only. “He has already been showing me some good drills, some stuff I have already been working on but also some slightly more specific stuff to do that is already is helping. I am sure he has lots of good stuff to offer.
I am confident of winning the fight – what do you want me to say, that I am going to get my arse kicked? I have got a tough fight on my hands, Wanderlei Silva is very tough opponent. Do I think I can win it? Yeah I think I can win it.”
The match between Silva and Bisping will take place at UFC 110 on February 21 at the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.
