Former UFC heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia will be fighting Wes Sims at a mixed martial arts event on March 20 in Ohio.

Sylvia announced the match Thursday on his Twitter account.

The two fighters previously fought in December 2004 at Superbrawl 38, where Sylvia defeated Sims by first-round TKO.

With three losses in his past four fights, including a devastating nine-second knockout loss to 49 year-old Ray Mercer last June, Sylvia (25-6) is looking to regain his old winning form and make his way back into the big leagues.

Sims (22-12-1) with 2 no contests, has won his last three fights, which all took place in 2008. He recently participated in TUF 10 and had an unimpressive showing, quickly losing to Justin Wren in the first round of the competition.
