Gina Carano Featured on Cover of ESPN The Body Issue
Popular female mixed martial arts fighter Gina Carano is one of six athletes chosen to grace the six different covers of ESPN The Magazine’s first-ever The Body Issue.
The other athletes appearing on the covers are tennis champion Serena Williams, NBA star Dwight Howard, NFL player Adrian Peterson, NASCAR driver Carl Edwards, and female amputee Ironman Triathlon competitor.
A total of 30 male and female athletes are featured in the magazine posing nude or semi-nude, with private parts strategically covered.
Carano is one of two MMA fighters included in the issue, the other being UFC Hall of Famer and multiple-time champion Randy Couture.
ESPN The Body Issue hits newstands on Friday, October 9.
