Mike Swick to Replace Dong Hyun Kim Against Dan Hardy at UFC 105

UFC welterweight fighters Mike Swick and Dan Hardy and will face off at UFC 105 on November 14 at the Manchester Evening News Arena in Manchester, England, according to The Sun.
The British fighter Hardy was previously set to fight Dong Hyun Kim at the event, but an injury forced Kim to pull out of the fight.
Hardy holds a record of 22-6 with 1 no contest. He is coming off a unanimous decision decision victory over Marcus Davis at UFC 99 in June.
He said, “Sometimes an opportunity presents itself and you have to jump at it. Swick is a tough fight for anyone in the division – that’s what makes this fight so exciting.”
Hardy then added, “I’m the underdog again, which is what I prefer. I get the chance to step up again, put a beating on a ranked and respected fighter and prove the doubters wrong – for a fourth time. I’m going to keep tearing up the division, all the way to the belt.”
Swick, with a record of 14-2, also fought at UFC 99, defeating Ben Saunders via second-round TKO.
