UFC Officially Announces Broadcast of UFC 103 Preliminary Card on Spike TV September 19

The UFC officially announced that it will broadcast one hour of the UFC 103 preliminary card commercial-free on Spike TV, starting at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on September 19.
“Providing an action-packed UFC pay-per-view, live and commercial-free, to our viewers on both coasts, further illustrates Spike TV and the UFC’s commitment to fans,” said Spike TV President Kevin Kay.
The broadcast will include the preliminary bout between Efrain Escudero and Cole Miller, along with the bout between Drew McFedries and Tomasz Drwal.
Efrain Escudero, who holds an undefeated record of 12-0, was The Ultimate Fighter 8 lightweight winner. He will take on Cole Miller, a contestant of The Ultimate Fighter 5. Miller has won four of his five fights in the UFC.
Drew McFedries, coming off a TKO victory over Xavier Foupa-Pokam, will fight Tomasz Drwal, who has won his last two fights in the UFC.
The Spike TV broadcast will lead-in to the UFC 103: Franklin vs. Belfort pay-per-view, which will go head-to-head with the Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Juan Manuel Marquez HBO pay-per-view.
