Robbie Lawler vs. Ronaldo "Jacare" Souza to Take Place at Strikeforce Event in Fall

Robbie Lawler will be taking on Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza in a middleweight match at a Strikeforce event this fall, according to MMA FanHouse.
Lawler, a former Elite XC middleweight champion and two-time ICON Sport middleweight champion, recently made his Strikeforce debut in May, where he lost to Jake Shields by first-round submission in a 182-pound catchweight fight.
Souza, who will be making his debut in Strikeforce, last competed at DREAM.9 this past July in a rematch against Jason “Mayhem” Miller. The bout was declared a no contest, due to a cut that Souza suffered from an illegal kick delivered by Miller.
