Randy Couture Co-Headlines EA Sports MMA Video Game

EA Sports announced today that Randy “The Natural” Couture will co-headline its MMA video game alongside Fedor Emelianenko.
“I have been a part of MMA for over 10 years and I am excited about the global visibility that a game like EA Sports MMA will bring to the sport,” said Randy Couture. “Like my fighting career, I look forward to taking on all comers in EA SPORTS MMA.”
This will not be Couture’s first appearance in a video game, as he was featured in EA’s Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, playing the character Commander Warren Fuller.
EA Sports also announced the addition of Jay Hieron to the game’s roster, which now has a total of five fighters, including previously announced Fedor Emelianenko, Renato “Babalu” Sobral, and Gegard Mousasi.
EA Sports MMA will be released sometime in 2010 on the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
