Former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson has been chosen to play as B.A. Baracus in the remake of The A-Team movie, according to The Sun.

The role was previously played by Mr. T on The A-Team television series.

Jackson will be joining Liam Neeson, playing as Col. John “Hannibal,” and Bradley Cooper, playing as Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck, as part of the cast.

This is not the first time Jackson has had a role in a movie. He has appeared in Bad Guys, Never Surrender, and Hell’s Chain.

The movie is currently being filmed in Canada and is set to be released in 2010.

Jackson recently served as a coach opposite to Rashad Evans on The Ultimate Fighter 10, which is set to debut Wednesday, September 16, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on Spike TV.

The two coaches are scheduled to fight at UFC 107 on December 12 in Memphis, Tennessee.
