A middleweight match-up between Yushin Okami and Chael Sonnen has been set for UFC 104, according to the UFC Japan official website.

Okami last fough at UFC 92, where he defeated Dean Lister via unanimous decision to earn his ninth UFC vitory. His only loss thus far in the UFC has been against former middleweight champion Rich Franklin.

His opponent, Sonnen, is coming off a unanimous decision win over Dan Miller at UFC 98. He has won three of his last four bouts.

UFC 104 takes place on October 24 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The event features a main event between UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida and Mauricio “Shogun” Rua. Also set to be on the card is a heavyweight bout between Shane Carwin and Cain Velasquez, and a welterweight bout between Anthony Johnson and Yoshiyuki Yoshida.
