Former UFC heavyweight fighter Jeff Monson, who was accused for spray-painting an anarchist logo on the Washington State Capitol, pleaded guilty to malicious mischief on Tuesday, the Associated Press has reported.

Monson also entered an Alford Plea for vandalizing the Lacey Armed Services Recruitment Center.

In an Alford Plea, the defendant does not admit guilt, but is willing to accept a sentence due to the amount of evidence that may convict him if the case went to court.

Monson will serve a 90-day jail sentence and pay $21,894 in restitution.

His sentencing is scheduled for October 1.
